An eye-opener: Barack Obama's inspiring life story

Yesterday afternoon, I posted about my attempts to get info from Bart Gordon and Jim Cooper's offices about any scheduled town hall meetings to explain health care. I mentioned that Jim Cooper's representative stated that he was meeting with small groups of constituents and that I could request a meeting by filling out a scheduling request. Well, I met someone last night who has a copy of of Jim Cooper's scheduling request and he says that the request requires....are you ready for this.....the name of each attendee and their background as well as a picture of each!! I'm trying to get a copy of it and will post more when I do!

So...you didn't think that 'Cash for Clunkers' was implemented just to continue the bailout of the auto unions? If it wasn't, why would the Obama administration refuse to release info on this wildly successful voter-buying program? (Read here.) Could it be because 4 of the top 5 cars purchased were NOT 'American' cars? Or could there be another reason?

The Obama propaganda machine is working full steam to destroy Drudge (the Internet news site) because Drudge posted info to prove Obama's lies about his true intentions for health care reform. White House spokesperson, Linda Douglass (formerly an ABC news correspondent!) can been seen on this video berating Drudge. She is described as Communications Director for the WH Office of Health Care Reform. Well, Drudge responded by playing the entire 2003 video of Obama (here). Trust Drudge before you trust Obama ... or any 'state run' media correspondent!

Congressional Update...

The Senate passed (80-17, 3 not voting) H.R. 2997: Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010. Senator Lamar Alexander voted FOR the bill but Bob Corker voted against it.
